Despite the Governor of Delta state, Senator ifeanyi Okowa fix today October 20th to inaugurate the constitution of committee to ensure the protection of the rights of citizens, so that nobody can be on ground to protest in the state, Protesters on Wednesday stormed Jakpa junction, Effurun Runabout to register their grievances over police brutality and wanton killings of innocent youths in the country .
