The late Pa Joseph Obruch Umukoro Omeka, AKA Mighty Sparrow, will be laid to rest in his hometown of Enwhe, Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State on Saturday, August 16th 2024. Commissioner, Hon Emamusi do not have good road to his home town.  How long will it take the Governor of Delta state, Gov Sheriff to award the road construction files on his table?
