Dear Honorable Friday Warri 

An Urgent Call to Save Olade Development Association, Requesting For the disqualification of the Olade Development Association Chairman Election hold today on the 17th of August 2024 in Olade Quarter, Okpolo Enwhe Town.

It becomes pertinent that I publicly call your attention to issues regarding an election conducted with a Constitution which is against the rules of law because in every area in Delta State there is a rule of laws we are not in an animal kingdom.

Sir, the election that brought Mr Francis Emma Fregene to be the Chairman of Olade Development Association is unconstitutional which is against the constitution of the Olade Development Association, Mr Francis Emma Fregne doesn't have the requirements and what it takes to rule the good people of Olade Quarter in Okpolo (Enwhe) Clan.

Sir, I see this as an example of Bad governance which is about to be practical in Olade Quarter in Okpolo Enwhe town, I think the constitution should be revisit again because the people of Olade Quarter in Okpolo Enwhe Clan are not animals neither they not in Animal Republic. The constitution that was adopted in that same meeting proves that it ought to be in force immediately since it was adopted. Article 11.1 says the minimum qualification to become a Chairman in Olade is SSCE. It became clear that Mr. Francis Emma popularly called Fregene is an illiterate who cannot read and write was made to be the Chairman without meeting the conditions of the Constitution.

Mr. Chairman, since you are a peace loving leader who sued for peace and I will want you to come to the attention of the President General who according to him stepped down the constitution to conduct the said election.

It is unbelievable that in this digital age, the President General who suppose to ensure that elites took over key positions in Okpolo (Enwhe) Clan encouraged option A4 election without using the constitution and delegates which is against Olade constitution.

The late Pa Joseph Obruch Umukoro Omeka, AKA Mighty Sparrow, will be laid to rest in his hometown of Enwhe, Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State on Saturday, August 10th 2024. According to a statement released by the son Comrade Steven Luke, AkA No Jobman for Governor, the proceedings will commence with service of song at his resident in Ugbolokposo town in Uvwie local government area on Thursday, August 8th, 2024, at 4 pm.
