A Sienna car driver has biten off the ear of a Vehicle Inspection Officer, (VIO) identified as Papu Prosper(A casual Agbero used by Vio officials to extort road users) during a heated argument, while they were on patrol in Warri, Delta State.

Devil punished one of the extortioners with the incident that occurred during an argument over expired particulars in the early hours of Friday, along Eagle Roundabout, by Federal Government College, in Warri, their formed barrack.
