DELTA STATE COMMISSIONER OF HEALTH DR JOSEPH ONOJAEME, AKA COMMISSIONER OF DISTRIBUTION OF MOSQUITOS FOR MALARIA TO DELTANS.

The Convener of No Job man for Governor 2023, Comrade Steven Luke also the Publicity secretary for Organization For Human and People's Right Protection (OHPRPH) blast the Delta State commissioner of health Dr Joseph Onojaeme that he is a commissioner who came into office to increase the mosquitos in all the government hospitals in the whole of Delta State.

Comrade Steven Luke who was with newsmen in EKPAN general hospital in Uvwie local government area and UDU general hospital said that the bushes and mosquitos in those hospitals is something that can be ignored, because you can take a patient to the hospital and return home with malaria fever. Dr Joseph Onojaeme shouldn't been seating down in Asaba think that all the government hospitals in the State is okay, 

Comrade Steven also said that the Delta State commissioner of health Dr Joseph Onojaeme is a ceremonial commissioner just be on all social media platforms snapping pictures that have nothing to do with the development of Delta State healthcare, Dr Joseph Onojaeme cannot spend a night in any government hospitals in Delta state without going home with malaria parasite +5
