MR GOVERNOR CONDUCT FREE FAIR ELECTION, ACTIVISTS TELL DSIEC, OKOWA AGAIN


 A Niger Delta Based human rights activists, Comrade Steven Luke has call on the attention of the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC) and Governor Okowa to allow the good people of Delta State to choose their leader so that they will be no problem in the party in future time to come.

Comrade Steven also suggest that conducting a free and fair pre-election primary will make the people of Delta state to respect the leaders of the party, he also made the call in Asaba that imposing candidate on the people of each of the local government election will make the leaders and the party to lose good and loyal followers, 

Steven, however, warned against imposing chairmanship, councilors candidate at party levels, insisting that free, fair and credible local government primaries within the parties should be conducted for Democracy to be meaningful at the grassroots.

Just look at the whole of Isoko they are rejecting the candidate imposing on them there that they want someone that they could talk to when he becomes the local government chairman, anyone that is been impose to the  be the local government chairman cannot do anything meaningful rather than doing the deed of is master.

Comrade Steven also said that there is something fishing going on, that we all may not understand if not why imposing candidate on the people or Governor Okowa should come out to tell deltans what all this imposing of candidates.

Comrade Steven also greet Hon Solomon Ighrakpata member representing Uvwie constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly for job well done yesterday but always think of your second tenure, no man is an island.
