ODIDI COMMUNITY NEED ACCOUNTABILITY FROM ARIGBOGHA

Give Account of Odidi Community Funds now Accountability Tells Johnny Arigbogha


 The anti-corruption group in Nigeria, Accountability international has mandated the former Chairman of Odidi, Warri South-West Local government area, Delta State, Chief Johnny Arigbogha to call for a town hall meeting and give an account of how Odidi community fund was spent since 2010 till 2020 under his administration.

The demand came on Friday in Warri, following complains and Reports of how Odidi community developmental needs were relegated to the background during Arigbogha's tenure in office as the community Chairman.
 
The anti-corruption group in a statement by the state coordinator, Comrade Steven Luke said the have monitored Arigbogha's smart activities while in office and find out that Arigbogha's administration was embroiled in unbridled corruption.

 His administration also deprived the community of the legitimate benefit of being an oil-producing and host community.

Arigbogha is not free from accusation there was alleged embezzlement of community funds, diversion of funds to personal accounts.

Arigbogha must give account they said.
