A Rights Activist Comrade Steven Luke have lemented over the kind of empowerment program Delta state governor is running in the state, Deltans need industries.

Comrade Steven Luke who made this statement yesterday in Warri with news men said that Delta state is not moving forward with this governor Okowa Smart Agenda, which no one understands where we all are heading to in the state, rate of unemployment is sky rocking everyday, no single job opportunity, Tricycle also known as Keke Napa is now the only means of survival in Delta state, to those who gratuate from the University.

Comrade Steven also said that the Delta state government should look into those industries that were shutdown especially Sapele timbers industry, those rubbers industries in the state, the government shouldn't abandon those industries, they will be of help to the people in terms of employment and other stuff.
