OLM DEMAND QUALITY EQUIPMENT/ CONSTANT LIGHT/ WORKERS/ PIPEBORNE WATER  FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, DELTA STATE.


This is to draw the attention of the Commissioner for Health Delta State, Hon Mordi Ononye and the Executive Chairman Burutu Local Government Council, Hon Godknows Angele  and Governor of Delta state, HE Sen. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to come to the rescue of General Hospital Ojobo Community in Burutu LGA of Delta State.

The President OLM, in collaboration with the management of Ojobo General Hospital demand an immediate attention to provide quality pipe borne water/24hours Electricity supply and deployment of more Health workers for a proper management and smooth running of the Ojobo General Hospital.

OLM, made the call via the group President, Comrade Timipre Ndoni who called for the Delta State Government to intervene and provide the needful items in order to enable the General Hospital Ojobo Community to be effective and efficient in services.

He further stated that It is obvious that patients are no longer comfortable while admitted in the hospital due to it deplorable state they are distressed as there is no tangible water to drink, no electricity supply, no bed, no reliable equipment and the worst is that the hospital lack medical personnel.

We therefore; using this medium to appealing to the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to please as much as possible to direct every sectors of governance to please look into the present state of the hospital as earlier explained to come to it's liberate the people of Ojobo and her neighborhood.

This Hospital is one of the oldest hospital in Delta State and it's located in an Oil producing community in Delta State, and a lot of Ojobo neighboring communities relies on this hospital, for that need we need an urgent attention.

As a pressure group, we speak for our people to have quality attention from the government and non governmental organizations operating in the area in order to obtain the goal of the people and peaceful coexistence. 

Lastly; the lack of quality hospital facilities and medical assistants many of our people has loss their lives, we are urging the government to not put this our demands under pillow, like we said earlier we need urgent/quick intervention in order to avert disaster in the future.

As group that is clamoring for a better live for the people we also extend our calls to the current community leadership and the sub groups of Ojobo Federated Community to collaborate with the Hospital Management to provide the Electricity supply for ourselves good.
