DASTMA OFFICERS ASK NO JOBMAN YOUNGER BROTHER TO PAY N120,000

DASTMA officer empowered by the delta state Governor in Asaba the capital city of Delta ask the co-convener of No JobMan for Governor 2023 Younger brother to pay the sum of one hundred and twenty thousand naira (120,000) for seat belt offence.

After speaking with the officers on the phone, he said that the Governor of Delta state Governor senator Ifeanyi Okowa gave them the power to do anything they like, after they have assault an old man and my younger brother in the car because of seat belt offence.

I think Governor Okowa have turn Delta state to state where thugs and hooligans is been empowered to control those who are first class and second class graduates
