Because the commissioner list that the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori publish out few days ago was a list of who you know, you can't tell me that put the daughter of a former governor who rule the state without local government chairmen for years, that's mean this administration is not yet ready to build the Delta they told us they want to build for the masses.
