DELTA STATE GOVERNMENT, DELTA STATE POLICE OFFICERS DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO ARREST ANYONE FOR INDECENT DRESSING, VAPP ACT 2015

The convener of No jobman for Governor 2023 Comrade Steven Luke also the Publicity secretary of Organization For Human and People's Right Protection (OHPRPH) warning the Delta State government and the Delta State police to respect the citizens of the state that everyone have the right to dress whatsoever way they want to do dress provided it doesn't go against the Nigeria constitution. 

Comrade Steven who was with newsmen in Warri made it clear that the VAPP ACT 2015 which the Delta State law seeks to domesticate was meant to discourage violence not to regulate dressing of it citizens or decriminate it's citizens from freedom of dressing, Delta State police command most not allow the government to drag them into what will make the citizens of the State will see it as abuse of power because they're give uniforms and guns that was meant to protect it's citizens than using it to oppress it's citizens 

Comrade Steven Luke also said that Delta State government should carry out sensitization programs by going to differs schools preaching against indecent dressing, not to involve the police into what is not in their line of duty because at the end of it, the police can be sue to court and be disgrace in court because the court is where the common man have is hope of freedom
