UVWIE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN AND OTHER CHAIRMEN SHOULD KNOW IS FUNCTION AS A LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN

Do you know that one of the functions of the local government is to: Ensure the economic development of the people by promoting relevant programs ? That will stop people from always going to the chairman to tell him we are hungry whenever the chairman is in town . 

 I have observed that the local government chairmen function has been thrown away to the extent that our local government chairmen don’t even bother about creating markets for traders to sell their goods and services 

 I notice in Uvwie LGA traders are trading on the road obstructing traffic and vehicles movement in PTI , I n Udu, and other parts of Delta State almost all commercial activities is carried out on the road this is unhealthy, not all issues we are going to blame Mr president or The Governor of the state, if this is happening in your area hold your local government chairman responsible for it 

 Every LGA chairman should have a major market to support the economic wellbeing of its people not only to be creating ‘agberos’ and revenue collectors, our chairmen should please carry out their duties
