Comrade Steven Luke Criticizes Hon. Alapala A. Ebitonmo Over Ayakoromo Bridge Claim

The Convener of No Jobman for Governor 2023, Comrade Steven Luke, has strongly criticized the Burutu North House of Assembly member, Hon. Alapala A. Ebitonmo, over what he described as misleading publications concerning the Ayakoromo Bridge project.

Comrade Steven stated that Hon. Alapala A. Ebitonmo should be ashamed of himself for allegedly claiming that the Ayakoromo Bridge has been completed by the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori.

According to him, everyone in Delta State is aware that the Ayakoromo Bridge project has remained in the same state it was left since the tenure of the former administration.

Comrade Steven further revealed that he personally traveled to Ayakoromo to verify the claims made by Hon. Alapala A. Ebitonmo. However, upon inspection, he discovered that the bridge project is still abandoned, with no visible progress or additional work done.

He emphasized that the people of Ayakoromo deserve honest and effective representation, not misinformation. Public office holders, he said, must focus on facts, accountability, and constructive engagement rather than spreading narratives that do not reflect the true situation on the ground.

Comrade Steven added that political office holders like Hon. Alapala A. Ebitonmo are expected to provide the dividends of democracy and meaningful development to the good people of Burutu North, instead of making public statements that are allegedly inconsistent with reality.

Pedro, over the construction of classrooms and fencing at Okpolo Enwhe Primary School in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State.
