In recent years, Delta State has witnessed a surge in infrastructural development, with numerous projects aimed at improving the quality of life for its residents. However, the Organization for Human and People's Rights Protection and Humanitarian (OHPRPH) has raised significant concerns regarding the quality , safety and durability of these projects as it affects to the residents. The Organisation for Human and Peoples Rights Protection and Humanitarian (OHPRPH) has called on Ghana's President, John Dramani Mahama, to caution Ghanaians regarding the recent "Nigerians Must Go" protest, which has been postponed. The protest, initially scheduled for July 19 2025, sparked reaction and strong condemnation from OHPRPH, a leading civil society group in Nigeria.
